Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy: a practical approach to guideline directed management. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, one of the most common genetic cardiovascular conditions, will be encountered by nearly every health-care provider regardless of specialty. In 2020, new hypertrophic cardiomyopathy management guidelines were published, updating and evolving preceding versions.
