Congenital Cases of Concomitant Harlequin and Horner Syndromes. We report three pediatric cases of concomitant congenital Horner and Harlequin syndromes. This association suggests a lesion at the superior cervical ganglion or just inferior. Often, no underlying lesion is documented.
