The Role of Sleep Studies in Children Who Snore. HYPOTHESIS: Sleep studies (ie, polysomnography) should be used in children who snore and exhibit symptoms of sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) to determine the presence and severity of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
