Extra-nodal Kikuchi Disease and Kikuchi Encephalitis. Kikuchi disease is a rare but benign, self-limiting disease that typically presents with prolonged fever and cervical lymphadenopathy. We report neurological manifestations in an adolescent girl with recurrent Kikuchi disease.
