Cephalic Tetanus Presenting as Ptosis. A 7-year-old unimmunized boy developed cephalic tetanus following chronic suppurative otitis media. We wish to emphasize that possibility of cephalic tetanus should be considered in an unimmunized child presenting with ptosis.
