Spontaneous Right Coronary Artery Rupture and Acute Cardiac Tamponade in Behçet's Disease. Coronary involvement in Behçet's disease is extremely rare and it can bring devastating consequences when it occurs. In this report, we present a 29-year-old male patient with Behçet's disease who developed rapidly changing and progressive coronary artery involvements under medical treatment.
