Spontaneous Recovery Following Traumatic Phrenic Nerve Palsy. This is a case report of unilateral traumatic phrenic nerve palsy with spontaneous recovery over a period of 31 months. This adds to the literature, demonstrating that extended conservative management can lead to successful resolution even in the setting of traumatic aetiology.
