Surgical management of an anomalous right coronary artery. Anomalous aortic origin of coronary arteries is a rare congenital heart disease that can be associated with sudden death. We present the case of a young patient who sustained a cardiac arrest revealing an anomalous origin of the right coronary artery. Unroofing and pericardial enlargement of the coronary artery ostia was performed and the patient is actually asymptomatic.
