Recurrent Herpes Simplex Virus 2 Lymphocytic Meningitis in Patient with IgG Subclass 2 Deficiency. We report a case of a patient with a lifetime history of 8 episodes of recurrent lymphocytic meningitis. Our findings suggest that susceptibility to recurrent lymphocytic meningitis might be caused by low serum IgG subclass 2 immunodeficiency.
