THE IMPORTANCE OF FAMILY PSYCHOLOGYCAL STATUS IN CHRONIC PANCREATITIS FOLLOWING. We explored the psychological and social risk factors for chronic pancreatitis and chronic pancreatitis in combination with metabolic syndrome at the family level, as well as the eating habits of patients. It was found that the highest relative risk have such factors as the existence of conflicts in the-family, parents' lack of love in childhood and excessive strictness of parents. Financial difficulties in the family contribute to the development of chronic diseases and limited treatment options. Eating habits prevailing in the family of patients influence the exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, even against the back- ground of compliance with dietary recommendations.
