Phacomatosis Pigmentovascularis: Simple Presentation of a Not So Simple Dermatological Condition. Cutaneous vascular malformations are rare disorders that are often confused with more common infantile hemangiomas. We report the case of a female infant who presented with phacomatosis pigmentovascularis type IIA with features of Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber syndrome.
