Validating Evidence and Using Standard Outcomes for Recurrent Pregnancy Loss Tests and Treatments. Unproven diagnostic tests and treatments for recurrent pregnancy loss patients can no longer be justified. The use of accepted study guidelines for conducting randomized trials, observational studies, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, diagnostic tests, animal research, and the development of standardized consensus derived outcomes would greatly improve the quality of recurrent pregnancy loss studies and their reporting.
