A 60-Year-Old Woman With Recurrent Hemoptysis. CASE PRESENTATION: A 60-year-old non-smoker white woman presented with a new episode of hemoptysis. She reported recurrent hemoptoic sputum in the past month. She had no relevant medical history, except presumed resolved bacterial pneumonia 1 year ago. She denied taking immunosuppressive treatment and was not exposed to lung irritants. She had not traveled recently. General health status was good. She denied fever, dyspnea, chest pain, and extra-pulmonary symptoms.
