A 54-Year-Old Woman With Shortness of Breath After Nephrolithotomy. CASE PRESENTATION: A 54-year-old woman was admitted to the general medical floor after undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy via the supracostal approach. On postprocedure day 1, she developed low-grade fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, and palpitations.
