A 38-Year-Old Woman With an Osteolytic Rib Lesion. A 38-year-old black woman with a medical history significant for hypertension and depression presented to the emergency department with a 2-week history of lower back pain. This visit was her second in 1 week with the same symptoms, after attaining minimal pain relief with cyclobenzaprine.
