Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a prevalent medical condition which commonly presents with intestinal and extra intestinal manifestations. Crohn's disease (CD) tends to present more with extraintestinal symptoms. After a through diagnostic workup, he was found to have CD. Under CD treatment, his symptoms improved.
