Multiple hybrid sutures of bucket handle injury on the lateral and medial meniscus of the knee. The objective of the study is to show possibilities of several combinations of suture techniques in a rare bicompartmental bucket handle injury. According to specific injury characteristics, combined suturing techniques were used. The option for different meniscal suture techniques in the two knee compartments allowed the patient, after completing the treatment, to return to his activities with a preserved meniscus. Although meniscectomy continues to be a chosen technique in bucket handle injury, we attempted to show a case of bicompartmental meniscal suture with different techniques. In this, which could be a case of rapid resolution and quick return to activities with bicompartmental meniscectomy, we chose to preserve the menisci with more complex techniques and longer rehabilitation, believing that the preservation of this structure could be extremely valuable in the long term.
