Intramuscular sinusoidal haemangioma with secondary Masson's phenomenon. Intramuscular haemangiomas (IMHs) are rare benign vascular neoplasms that account for approximately 0.8% of all haemangiomas. The histology of IMHs can reveal cavernous dilated spaces. We report an interesting case of haemangioma in the deep skeletal muscle of the right labial mucosa in a young man involving the orbicularis oris muscle which showed additional features of sinusoidal arrangement with a secondary Masson's phenomenon.
