En bloc resection in giant bilobed splenic artery aneurysm. Giant splenic artery aneurysms are rare and associated with high morbidity and mortality. Early detection is the key to decreasing morbidity and mortality. We present a giant splenic artery aneurysm which was managed by en bloc resection of the spleen, distal pancreas.
