Case of nasopharyngeal teratoma: challenges in the management. Teratomas are tumour with tissue or organ components resembling normal derivatives of more than one germ layer. The most common site of congenital teratoma is sacrococcygeal region. Teratomas in head and neck region are rarer. We report a 4-day-old male baby who presented with nasopharyngeal mass, which led to respiratory distress and feeding difficulty. It was managed with surgical excision with multidisciplinary approach.
