Axillary artery aneurysm combined with brachial plexus palsy due to Takayasu arteritis. We report the case of a young female patient who presented with a right axillary artery aneurysm with neurological symptoms due to Takayasuarteritis (TA). Decompression of the aneurysm and arterial repair with an interposition vein bypass resulted in a full recovery. The case emphasises that peripheral aneurysms can occur due to TA and that there may be neurological complications.
