Acute testicular pain secondary to a leaking abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). We present the case of a 56-year-old male smoker with a background of hypertension who presented with acute onset right testicular pain secondary to a leaking abdominal aortic aneurysm. Following urgent surgical repair and a complicated intensive care recovery, the patient was discharged with no residual disability. This case highlights an atypical presentation of what is a devastating illness.
