Atypical Abdominal Pain in a Patient With Liver Cirrhosis. The causes of abdominal pain in patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites are well-known but occasionally, atypical causes arise. We report the case of a patient with a ruptured, confined abdominal aortic aneurysm.
