Avoid CT of the head in adults with minor head injury who are at low risk based on validated decision rules. Setting: adult with minor head injury who is low-risk by a validated decision rule (e.g. Canadian CT Head Rule) Why: Validated decision rules safely identify adults with minor head injury who do not need CT, reducing radiation and cost.
